    This is an actual video of a traffic stop.  How do I know it is an
actual cop and this is not a put on?  Well, I saw this video at a police
training seminar I attended while I was living in Maryland.  The training
officer gave us the name of the office and told us that this police officer
should've gotten an academy award for his performance the day this happened.
Smile for the tape as a lot of police agencies do have a video camera
focused on you when you are pulled.

    When they showed it to us, I thought everyone was going to laugh
themselves sick.
