OK, so the NYC power company, Con Ed, wants to enter the current age.

To do so, they are running radio and TV ads telling people about a new way to report power outages this winter, and to find out when power will be restored.

All anyone need do is log on the the Con Ed web site, presumably using their star powered computer!

Its almost as bad as my ISP, where they begin the customer service "delay you for ever" recorded message with "if you are calling because you can't log on to the internet, you will find helpful hints at our web site, . . .
