[Mishmash] Quite the past week

That was about the only thing that was coming out of the USA on our 
news as well.

We has a scorcher yesterday got over 35 degrees  which is hot for 
Tasmania. We don't get much snow used to get one good lot that just 
settled each year but it is very unusual there days. I saw a doco on 
polar bears last night seems as if the ice isn't  forming like it 
used to and they are loosing their territory. Said it was due to 
global warming. I have noticed the changes in my life time (60 years).

>   Congress is in the process of covering their a**es as the war in 
>Iraq goes on....and on...and on.  I'm sure this will get uglier in a

A few will cop the blame but the pollies will come out smelling like roses.
