[Mishmash] Vegemite

Vegemite is health food ;-)  Most Anglo Aussies are brought up on it.  It is
yeast based on the slurry from beer fermentation.  See, I told you it was
health food.  It is very salty and has a sharp taste.  You use it sparingly
rather than thickly like peanut butter.
