[Mishmash] Vegemite

There was an attempt to export Vegemite to Canada but it got caught up in
language issues.

My Australian friend Ross (who died in 2005) used to send me bottles of
vegemite - I miss him and I mis my Vegemite supply - I like it on toast but
very thinly as it has a strong flavor.  He told me that during the war
(WWII), only children and the Au. armed forces could get the stuff.
Apparently it is full of vitamins &  very healthy - or considered so.
STores here sell Marmite which I think is similar (I've never bought it) but
I've yet to find Vegemite locally.
