[Mishmash] Fwd: The Purina Diet

I thought the purina diet joke was funny.  Yes, some people will believe 
anything.

It's often funny how you remember some childhood things and not others, and 
how you can do some dumb things.   This Joke reminded me of a time in my 
life when I was about 10 years old.   I was playing outside one day and came 
across a large bag of purina dog chow that my father fed our dog.  I reached 
in the bag and being a curious kid I took a couple out and chewed them up. 
Unusual flavor, I keep eating the nuggets, I really don't know why now. I 
can't remember how many I ate but I ate enough to make me sick.

I was sick all night and the next day, nausea and couldn't eat.  I didn't 
tell my father what I had done because I couldn't face the retribution and 
the dreadful nausea at the same time.  Fortunely the nausea passed.  I 
shutter to think what the ingredients were.

It definately will make you lose weight, nausea has that effect.  I don't 
recommend you trying it though.
