[Mishmash] New Passport Photo

Great picture, Fred. 

My daughter needs to get her passport renewed.  I find the whole process of renewal for children very mind boggling.  When we got her initial passport, as with anyone getting one, you present a birth certificate.  Well, even when we renew the passport, I have to present her birth certificate because her present passport is not enough to identify her.  Okay....her face has changed some, but you can definitely see that it's the same child.  I also find it sinful that it costs $82 for her passport which will only last 5 years.  It's no wonder a family of 5 may have a hard time paying for a passport.
