[Mishmash] Oops . . .left alone, the US economy works!

Last fall ,two large US banks got themselves into trouble.

 

But back then we had not turns the asylum over to the inmates, so the system
in place took hold. Wachovia went on a bidding block and wound up at Wells
Fargo; Washington Mutual wound up at Chase.

 

No inexperienced meddler-in-chief telling us the system was broke. Nobody
apologizing for all our wrongs and ills. No television actors playing at
politics.

 

 

Yesterday, Wells Fargo announced the best quarter performance in its
history.

 

I look at that and at one of the first uses of the economic stimulus plan .
. . higher food stamp allotments, and think seriously about finding an
island (like giving more money to people who don't generate anything is
going to help how?) and think we have had another al quad attack . . . our
last election!
