[Mishmash] Georgetown U. hid religious symbols at White House request

I heard this on Fox News (satellite radio) last evening -

Obama doesn't want religious symbols present when he makes a speech in a univeristy in his own country but he doesn't mind bowing to the head of one of the most oppressive muslim regimes in the world!  He wouldn't bow to the Queen, who was technically hosting the summit, but as you can see from the photo here (http://news.yahoo.com/nphotos/slideshow/photo//090401/481/773ffd671ed94927aa537d663380c4cd/) he didn't stint on the bow he gave Abdullah - any closer to the floor and he'd have been kneeling!

There is so much going on all the time that is negative in this presidency - many of you could say that folks like myself, David, etc., have no right to wade in, but everything the U.S. does affects the entire world and the signs - one following so quickly on the heels of another - are truly ominous.

I think Fred's comment, "We've elected a President we don't even know" is so true - and sad.
