If any of you live in Kentucky or another one of those cold weather
stricken areas, you may think about moving out here when you see the
following weather report:

It's thirty-nine degrees as I send this. But once the sun comes up,
no coat will be required.
I rarely wear a coat or sweater here. Even when I leave the house
early in the morning, I just run the heater in my car on the way to
work.
Whenever I come back out of the building during the day, it's quite
comfortable.
We do have high winds from time to time. And in the July-August time
frame we have the monsoon season. I've never seen such gloomy skies
when a monsoon comes in. But we typically have about nine inches of
rain annually. They tell me we have about three hundred and thirty
days of sunshine per year here. I've only been here seven months. I
believe it is true.
The only thing you have to look out for here are the rattlesnakes and
the scorpions. Neither one is a big problem in the city. But I work
at a place out on the desert. I haven't seen either since I've been
out there but we are cautioned to watch out for them.
Regards,
Fred
