Try living with it!  Once you reach a certain age, or have an expensive illness, they start cutting back on what services/help they'll provide.  Right now the Premier of Newfoundland, Danny Williams, is being demonized because he had the money to go to Florida for heart surgery he needed.  Most of us don't have that luxury - socialized medicine is for the young & healthy.
